Shipping

All documents will be sent by priority mail via the U.S. Postal Service free of charge unless overnight delivery is requested. A fee of $35.00 will be charged for overnight delivery via FedEx.

Premium Refund

First year premiums are fully earned and non-refundable subject to applicable law. Subsequent renewal years may allow for a pro-rated premium return, upon cancellation, subject to the terms and conditions of the bond form, applicable jurisdictional laws, and the policies of the issuing agencies, insurance carriers and other applicable regulatory authorities.

All shipping fees assessed by The Bond Exchange & Insurance Agency dba Bond 911 Insurance and Surety Services are fully earned and are non-refundable.
