All documents will be sent by priority mail via the U.S. Postal Service free of charge unless overnight delivery is requested. A fee of $35.00 will be charged for overnight delivery via FedEx.

Rider Fee

A fee of $35.00 will be charged for any rider issued to amend the details on a bond. The documents are mailed via priority mail, unless you would like it sent via FedEx which will cost an additional $35.00.

Our team strives to issue bonds accurately based on the information provided to us at the time of issuance. It is essential that you review your application and any electronic bond copies that are provided to you in advance of the delivery of the original documents. We are not responsible for errors in your original application that result in the revision of a bond once it has been issued.

Duplicate Fee

A fee of $35.00 will be charged for the issuance of a duplicate original bond. All documents will be sent by priority mail via the U.S. Postal Service free of charge unless overnight delivery is requested. A fee of $35.00 will be charged for overnight delivery via FedEx.

Reinstatement Fee

A reinstatement fee of $35.00 will be charged for any bond that has been cancelled and a reinstatement has been approved by the surety company. All documents will be sent by priority mail via the U.S. Postal Service free of charge unless overnight delivery is requested. A fee of $35.00 will be charged for overnight delivery via FedEx.

Broker Fee

We may charge a broker fee related to services that we provide to our customers. Any such broker fee(s) that we charge are not part of the premium charged by the insurance carrier, are not charged on the carrier’s behalf, and are in addition to receiving compensation from an insurance carrier. Any such fee charged will be disclosed on the invoice as “Broker Fee”.

Premium Refund

First year premiums are fully earned and non-refundable subject to applicable law. Subsequent renewal years may allow for a pro-rated premium return, upon cancellation, subject to the terms and conditions of the bond form, applicable jurisdictional laws, and the policies of the issuing agencies, insurance carriers and other applicable regulatory authorities.

All fees assessed by The Bond Exchange & Insurance Agency dba Bond 911 Insurance and Surety Services are fully earned and are non-refundable.
