A license is required for a person who is a Boat Dealer, Franchised Motor Vehicle Dealer, New Powersport Dealer, Used Motor Vehicle and Used Powersport Dealer, Wholesale Motor Vehicle Dealer, Recreational Motor Vehicle Dealer, or Trailer Dealer.
